Ad Account already in use?

If you have made an attempt to connect your Facebook user or ad account to AdEspresso and find that your account is in use, you may end up seeing a screen similar to this one:



If that is the case, just let us know the number string of your Facebook user or Ad Account and we will be able to see where the account is in use and if there is a possibility to remove it for you!

If you are the owner of the ad account you need connected, make sure in Ads Manager you have removed access to the ad account to anyone else that may be able to manage it to ensure that your ad account is not actively being used and to speed up the process of having it available for you!.
