When you start running your campaign, it's natural after some time goes by to pause some ads that aren't performing very well. When this happens, it's wise to edit your budget.
This can be done easily through the campaign's dashboard. When you click on the campaign dashboard, under the Campaign Details box, you can see the budget with a little pencil next to it. Click on the pencil and you can edit the budget.
When you click on the box to edit your budget, another box will open up:
From here, you can set the budget for the campaign and distribute the new budget across all AdSets or all active AdSets. There is also an Advanced box.
When you click the Advanced Options box, you'll be able to edit the budget of each individual AdSet in your campaign.
Pausing Ads and AdSets and How Budget Reacts
Keep in mind budget management with AdEspresso works similarly than it does with Facebook.
When you pause an entire adset, that budget is removed from the campaign. You will need to edit the campaigns budget to keep it running with the amount you originally set after you start pausing adsets.
Pause ads within an adset, and the budget is redistributed automatically to the active ads within the campaign.
